SUMMER 2018 IN A NUTSHELL


If anything, summer 2018 went by in a blink of an eye. Feels like it was yesterday since it was May and now it's suddenly the end of September. It's literally 12 Mondays until the Christmas Eve, let that sink in.
While we're letting it sink in, let's have a look back to our summer 2018!


May highlights
Mother's Day
Visit at Kalajoki, Finland

June highlights
Dealing with entrance exam stress and turning it into a positive learning experience
Found my self-confessed magic pants (and they actually worked!)
Dove into 100-year-old Finnish Midsummer traditions
Had a family picnic at Suomenlinna Sea Fortress, Helsinki, Finland
Got my husband to write on my blog: "What is it like to live with a blogger?"


July highlights
We visited Stockholm, Sweden
We saw Eminem perform live at Stockholm, Sweden
We had a housewarming party
There was also a bad experience with the hotel we stayed in Stockholm
We visited Åland Islands, Finland
Did a small trip to our local amusement park


August highlights
D started at the daycare
I returned to work
I collaborated with the International Nature Film Festival
D turned 18 months

  1. Wow sounds like you've done a lot this summer! My summer started & ended great with some travelling, but I worked for most of it, which is a bit boring but neccessary :)
