JUNE VIA INSTAGRAM

I cannot believe we've said goodbyes to the June already and we're now turning into July. It's oddly ridiculous how fast the time seems to be flying by, and once again it's time for another monthly Instagram round up. It was something that started out as "oh, fuck it, I might as well give it a go" and it's now turned into a whole series as I've got some wonderful feedback about the posts. Thank you so much, for actually enjoying of these things I type out here.

We began our month by having a small family picnic over at Suomenlinna Sea Fortress in the early of June and it's definitely something I'd love to do again! Though D is a bit of a pain in the butt while travelling by bus, he wants to push that stop button all the time, even when it's not our stop.

Also, I shared some of the pictures about my self-confessed magic pants on the gram! It's odd how much me you've seen on the feed this month, as I'm not usually the one in front of the camera.

Also, June was the month when I got extremely pissed about all the generic comments I seemed to have. I mean honestly, if you want to comment something on my Instagram picture, would it rather be something related to the caption (as if you can't come up with anything about the picture) instead of complimenting my shoes in a picture that doesn't even show my shoes, as an example.

We also visited a rhododendron garden located in Haaga, Helsinki (Finland), and it was well - a bit different experience. All the flowers were in bloom and absolutely stunning! But as being me, I'm obviously allergic to basically everything so no wonder I had to hold my breath for that one picture I'm "smelling" the flowers. Haha, in real life I sneezed my eyes and nose off!
What are the weirdest things you've done for the gram?

Last month, I think I did pretty well tieing my Instafeed to my blog, as I managed to write two blog posts about Midsummer and share some of the spells over at the gram too. If you haven't read them yet, you might want to have a look at our Midsummer celebrations and to the "Oh, the magical Midsummer" where I shared some spells Finnish women used to use for finding their life-partners. Most of the spells were freaking weird though, to be fair.

Also, we had some hubby and I alone time exploring the local nature trail when we spent a weekend at my mum's place. It was truly a gem, and I don't think I've ever walked that far over the trail as I found a beach I had no clue did exist! It's funny how you can find new places in a town you thought you knew everything about.

We also did a quick trip to our local amusement park, Linnanmäki AND I went and changed my Instagram theme. Oh wow, what an eventful month.

How was your June? Or even better, which was the highlight of your June?
