Bananas, those funny little things. They're actually surprisingly healthy, even though its said that they can make you gain some weight. Though, I'm here to start your Sunday morning with a refreshing banana smoothie, with only 3 ingredients to kick-start your day!

- 1 banana
- 1,5dl yoghurt, unseasoned (or banana flavoured, if you want to go all bananas)
- 1dl orange juice

Mix them all in a blender and enjoy right away! Ridiculously easy, isn't it?

So what kind of health benefits do these bananas offer?

  • Well, they can help with your digestive system - they include plenty of good fibres.
  • They are loaded with potassium, so they help your muscles to grow nice and strong.
  • They give you energy if you're feeling tired.
  • It's good for your blood pressure. 
  • They are filled with antioxidants that are good for your skin. Let's fight those wrinkles with bananas, am I right?
