CHICKEN AVOCADO PASTA | QUICK, DELICIOUS & TODDLER APPROVED

I wanted to share D's favourite lunch with you guys; chicken avocado pasta. This patch will last for three days, if you know, the toddler is the only one who is eating it.
If you're wondering where's the salt, there won't be any. It's no good for a tiny person's kidneys so I've basically had to drop all the salt out of our foods. It does good for us though.

INGREDIENTS:
- pasta
- 1 avocado
- 1 chicken filé
- 0,5dl food cream
- black pepper

HOW TO ROLL WITH IT?
1. Cook the chicken in the oven, make sure it's well cooked.
2. Cook the pasta.
3. Dice the avocado.
4. Cut chicken into small pieces.
5. Mix all together.
6. You're good to go!

It's quick, healthy and delicious. And it lasts for days, so you can easily prep the lunch for your kiddo for a few days forward.
What's your kid's go-to lunch?

  3. Such an easy recipe! I don't like avocado so much so I think I could add mushrooms instead!

    1. You can absolutely replace it with something, like mushrooms for example :-)

  6. What a healthy and easy to make recipe! I'd probably add some fresh spinach and salt if making that for adults but I'm sure it's great for the small D as the way it is. :)
