BLOGGING GOALS | APRIL 2018

The Spring Fling is finally arriving in our household after another flu/fever thingy and after several sun rays we have had here in Finland I'm feeling more motivated for everything than ever. It's funny what the sun can do, to be honest. Also, I'm pretty sure that the fact that I'm not on the essay writing duty anymore & I got it sent out just in time (waiting for the results now!!) might have something to do with this sudden burst of the need to write a bunch of new blog posts. So here I am, exhausted but refreshed. Let's roll on to another month of blogging goals.

BLOGGING GOALS | APRIL 2018

WRITING
Last month I talked to you about my writer's block. Now I'm 100% sure it was because of the essay. I haven't been writing anything academic for several years (except once in a year) and this time it was the only thing I put all my focus on. So while I put all my focus on writing that essay, the blogging part of me took off and went for a vacation. Though now she's back and she's full of brand new and exciting ideas. So yes, this is the month when you'll get me back over here and this is where I'm focusing on writing-wise this month.
Ps. I shared 20 blog post ideas for Spring last month & I believe that is something you might want to catch up on!

CONTENT
Like I wrote in the earlier paragraph, I'm full of new and different ideas for this month. I can't wait to write and share them with you all. I'm finally coming to terms with what I want from this blog, how I'm going to achieve it and where I'm going to head with it. It's so refreshing to finally know which direction I want to push my content and 2018 will definitely be a game-changer for me. Can you feel the excitement I have?

PICTURES/PHOTOGRAPHY
Last month, I went through 4 years of my old pictures and blog posts. Just for a hunt for the inspiration and it was an eye-opening experience. I mean, I realised how shit I was 4 years ago when it comes to taking pictures so I created a file about them so whenever I feel shit about the pictures I'm taking now, I can look back and see how shit I was and I feel immediately less shit then. Can you catch my point? Anyway, I've got so much to learn still and I'm constantly searching for different ways to drive myself out of my comfort zone when it comes to the pictures and well, basically everything I create. So that's my goal for the month, getting out of my comfort zone and evolve myself.
