CREAMY GARLIC POTATOES

I think Gordon Ramsay has planted the idea of hating frozen food into my head. We've usually buy creamy garlic potatoes frozen because J is only one in this household who eats them and yeah - D doesn't eat them yet but I decided that it's time to give up from all that frozen potatoes and try making my own from the scratch. And no, I did not plant the potatoes before using them. I bought them from the shop. This was surprisingly easy to make by myself from the beginning, this will definitely go to my book of recipes I'm going to give for D when he moves out when he's old enough to do so.

Ingredients:
- 400g potatoes
- 4dl cream
- 4 garlic gloves
- salt & pepper for seasoning

1. Heat the oven to 200°C. Peel & slice the potatoes. Then put them into the water while you're making the cream mix.
2. Mix cream, diced garlic and seasoning together.
3. Dry potatoes, place them in an oven mould. Pour the cream on top of them and bake them in the oven for one and half an hour.

Enjoy!

  1. I have never tried it this way. Where I am from they mash the potato before it is served. I will try it this way.
