5 THINGS I LOVE ABOUT STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN

Even though I've visited Stockholm countless times and it feels like you don't change the country when travelling from Finland to Sweden, but Stockholm does have its own vibes in it. There are multiple reasons why I love Stockholm but today I'm sharing five of them with you.
#1 THE PEOPLE
First things first, Swedes are nothing like Finns and that's why I love Stockholm and Sweden in general. I don't know if there's anything to add here, to be honest. They are warm and welcoming people.

#2 THE ARCHITECTURE
The buildings are so beautiful. There are plenty of places with modern buildings but I'm more like the Old Town gal, to be honest. I could spend days in the Old Town and just explore all the alleys.

#3 THE OLD TOWN
Which brings us to the Old Town. Beautiful coloured buildings, old buildings everything is beautiful. Although, if you want pictures of other things than "top" of the buildings you should go there super early in the morning - the Old Town is crowded.

#4 TRAFFIC
Everyone there is super nice in traffic. Especially if you need to switch lanes the people will actually let you do so! For me, it's amazing because most Finns are proper dickheads when it comes to that.

#5 ALL THE COFFEE PLACES
There are a bunch of coffee places in each corner that doesn't have H&M in it. It's amazing, especially for a coffee lover like me!

Have you ever been to Stockholm?

  16. No, I have never been in Stockholm and I don't think I'll go any sooner. The Old Town area is my favorite one in Bucharest too and I'd go there on weekends just to feel good and relax.

  21. Stockholm has always kind of fascinated me, maybe because of the Swedish Queen :) as she is German. It's a bit like 'Pretty Woman in Real Life' isn't it'? I love the Swedish way of living and their traditional festivities. Stockholm is certainly worth a visit.
