STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN

This was our view from our hotel window, isn't it stunning? We spent two nights over at Clarion Hotel Stockholm which was located in Södermalm. It had everything I wanted from a hotel room - bathtub & huge comfy bed. I mean, is there anything else you can hope from a hotel room?
When we arrived at the very first day we were feeling a bit lazy and as we were supposed to meet up with J's brother in the central of Stockholm but he cancelled and changed the date for Tuesday - we were able to have a super lazy afternoon. There was a Subway restaurant next to the hotel so first, we popped by there and ate some sandwiches and then we went to Åhlens to see what kind of gorgeous things there were. We also had a quick stop by ICA supermarket as D needed some milk and we were in a mood for crisps.

On Tuesday we walked to the centre of Stockholm. We basically didn't do anything or buy anything, we were just enjoying the city atmosphere. Gosh, I love Stockholm, I would live there if I was better talking in Swedish. Or if there was a job opportunity that needs a semi fluent understanding the language but I could speak in English... Anyhow, we met J's brother for a coffee downtown and it was super lovely to see him after a really long time.

That was basically our visit in Stockholm in a nutshell. Our ship left early in the morning and if you ask me I would have wanted to spend a few more days there. It was short but lovely.
