HOMEMADE MEAT SUB

My hubby loves filled sandwiches so I decided to try to make my own sub at home. It was pretty easy and quick so it was the perfect way to do something quick for dinner. Sometimes I have these lazy days when I don't feel like cooking anything and filled sandwiches were the perfect way to fix something.

Ingredients:
- sandwiches
- salad
- red onion
- cucumber
- mayonnaise
- meat (your choice, chicken, beans, anything)
- cheese

1. Cook your meat.
2. Cut the sandwiches, place some cheese on them
and put them in the microwave oven for 1 minute.
3. Add your fillings, close the sandwich and enjoy!

What are your go-to cookings when you feel lazy?

  1. I've never had a sub! I'm wheat free so I don't know of any big rolls that would work well :( yours look delicious!

  2. These look delicious. Out of the four of us in our home I am the only one who likes salad. Its such a shame because I always think adding salad makes things look so much better

    1. Haha, I don't really enjoy its taste either but it tastes okay in a sub :D that can always be left out - fun about these is that you can play with ingredients as you like :-)

  5. My go-to's for my Hubbie when he's come home starving is a couple of crusty rolls, best quality burgers I can afford, cooked mushrooms and onions, with a coleslaw and salad side 😀
