BERRY SMOOTHIE


Nothing is more refreshing on this hot summer than a berry smoothie, right? I'm going to share my favourite with you guys today! This one includes two of my favourites - strawberries and blueberries. There's never enough strawberries am I right?
INGREDIENTS:
- 1dl coconut milk
- 0,5dl cold water
- 1/2dl fresh strawberries
- 1/2dl fresh blueberries
- 1/2 banana

HOW TO ROLL WITH IT?
Place all the ingredients into the blender and blend it to a smooth smoothie.
Pour your creation to a cute glass and enjoy!


This is super simple and quick to make on a hot day and hey, that's a bit of a vitamin boost as well! There's a plenty of Vitamin A & B in the blueberries and well, strawberries are just delicious.

  5. This looks delicious. I would probably switch the banana for frozen banana to make it extra refreshing (I always have a few in the freezer that we have forgotten to eat before they start to turn).

  8. Yummy! That looks fab. We normally get heaps of strawberries and blueberries from the garden but zilch this year. Tons of raspberries so might substitute them in your recipe 😀

  9. I love a good smoothie, it is the perfect way to start they day. Plus if you have kids, you can load it up with one or all of their 5 a day, great way to sneak in fruit or veg into their diet.
