TASTY VEGGIE BBQ STICKS

Today, I'm going to share my favourite BBQ recipe with you. You can do these on the grill or in the oven, I did them in the oven as we don't own a grill. I like to cook all kinds of stuff from vegetables and this, as I said is one of my favourites for the summer. It goes well with meat and stuff and if you don't want to make this only from the vegetables you can also add some bacon or meatballs to the sticks. I find it easier to make sticks only from veggies and for the side something from meat because I'm not able to eat meat.

INGREDIENTS:
- bell peppers (red & yellow)
- zucchini
- broccoli
- champions

+ olive oil
+ pepper & bbq seasoning for seasoning

HOW TO ROLL WITH IT?
1. Dice the ingredients, roll them in the olive oil & season them.
2. Put them on the bbq stick in the order you like.
3. Roll them into aluminium foil & cook them in the oven at 225°C degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Serve with filled mushrooms or meat or both and you can also add some dressing if you like.
