OATMEAL CUPS FOR BREAKFAST

You all know the Facebook page called Proper Tasty by now, I believe. If you don't, have you been living under a rock? Haha. Well, I have never tried any of their recipes, even though I've wanted so I decided to go with easy one for my first try and that's how I ended up trying granola cups with yoghurt and berries.

Ingredients:
- 2 bananas
- 100g honey
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 125g rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- yoghurt, blueberries, strawberries & raspberries

1. Mash two bananas in a small bowl and add the honey and almond extract. Mix well and set aside.
2.  Mix the rolled oats, cinnamon and a pinch of salt in a large bowl, then add the banana mixture to it. Mix well.
3. Transfer to muffin tin tray, pressing down on the middle and sides to form the cup. Chill for 1-2 hours, then bake for 10-12 minutes at 175°C.
4. Leave to cool for 10-20 minutes, then add the yoghurt, blueberries and raspberries!

So how did they turn out? Well, at a first try I'd say pretty well. They make such cool videos and it shows that cooking and baking can actually be fun and oh boy, making these was fun. They ended up well & tasty! Have you ever tried any recipes from Proper Tasty or any other FB recipe page?
