OMBRE VANILLA BUTTERCREAM CAKE

Sooo, here's the second cake I'm about to share with you.

This one is basic cake filled with blueberry filling and coated with vanilla buttercream. This one is blue inside and ombre outside, decorated with some blue sprinkles.

OMBRE VANILLA BUTTERCREAM CAKE

THE CAKE

- 4 eggs (room temperature)
- 1,5dl sugar
- 1,5dl flour
- 1-2 teaspoon baking powder

Whip eggs and sugar to a foam.
Add flour and baking powder, mix carefully with a wooden fork.
Bake in the oven at 175°C degrees for 30-35 minutes.

BLUEBERRY FILLING

- 2,5dl whipped cream
- 100g vanilla quark
- 200g blueberries
- 2 tablespoon vanilla creme powder

Whip the cream and add the vanilla quark. Squash the blueberries
and mix the blueberry squash and vanilla creme powder with the cream.
Fill the cake.

Coat the cake with one layer of white buttercream.
Share rest of the buttercream in three separate bowls.
Colour two of them different shades of blue.
Start coating the cake from the bottom with the darkest shade of blue.
