MY PLAN FOR LOSING THE ”BABY WEIGHT”


HEY-OOO, it has been an interesting couple of months and by interesting I mean the fact that I'm finally able to tie my own shoe laces and most of all - I can see my toes. I can see them and I can reach them. Goals, right? 

However, even though I'm able to reach my toes and I can fit into my old jeans. Yeap, the ones that I used to wear before I even was pregnant, I still feel like I need to do something to get back in the shape if you know what I mean. So basically losing the baby weight is a bit overstatement but hey, that's why it's in the quotes. 

Basically, my plan is to walk everywhere like there's no tomorrow.
Eat healthily. 
Drink plenty of water. 
Actually, go through a 30-day planking challenge. 
Walk a little bit more & drink some water little bit more. 



So no, nothing dramatic change is going to happen over here. 
Also, I'm not going to keep track of my weight - I don't give a damn how much I weight. 
I just want to feel that I'm "back in the shape" again. 

Let's see how things go down, wish me luck!

  1. Good luck in your weight loss journey. Your goals are achievable and it shouldn't take you too long to get there as it sounds like you just have to tone up than lose a lot of weight since you can fit back into your jeans :).

    1. Yeah I'm not really trying to lose any weight, I just want to get back in my old shape if you know what I mean haha :D I weigh less at the moment than I did before I got pregnant :D

  2. First thing first: girl your handwriting is super neat. I wish mine was. Even I can't read my own handwriting. Second - yes, walking is the best possible exercise to start with. I also did some low impact exercises from youtube (just searched 20 minute cardio or similar) and that helped too, if you don't mind looking like a maniac hopping around in your livingroom for 20 minutes a day :D

  3. I think that sounds like a good plan! I like that you're not putting too much pressure on yourself, you should just enjoy your little one and not worry too much about weight loss, it will come with those little changes anyway! Xx

    Step by step but you can achieve what you want. Just keep motivating yourself. :)

  6. You don't need any big plans for loosing weight, just add more walking in your everyday routine and soon you'll feel better and ready to start any diet or workout. Good luck and keep calm!

  7. Ok great...This does not sound like all those strenuous weight challenge. You just want to be fit....You can do it....waiting to read about how well you're sticking to your plan..how is Dino? ☺....and I like the concept of these pictures
