PEPPERMINT HOT CHOCOLATE | BLOGMAS DAY 8

Hi there lovelies!

Today's post is all about my ultimate Winter/Holiday favorite hot chocolate recipe. I discovered this one so long ago, I can't even remember from where, but this has been something I've done for so many years now. It's adorable & delicious at the same time.

PEPPERMINT HOT CHOCOLATE

INGREDIENTS:

- 4dl milk
- 73g white chocolate
- 2 peppermint candy canes

for decorating:

- 0,5dl whipped cream with vanilla sugar
- candy canes

HOW TO ROLL WITH IT?

Measure the milk into a kettle and drop in chocolate pieces & candy cane pieces. Heat it over low heat and mix well until chocolate & candy canes have melted properly. Whip the cream & vanilla sugar, pour your hot chocolate in the mug and decorate it with cream & candy canes.

This is so simple & quick to make. I usually enjoy it after a rough day at work and after walking home in -30°C degrees. The feeling it gives is so warm and fuzzy haha!
Let me know if you'll try this!

  5. Wow! -30 degrees! I live in (western) Norway and I thought I had seen it all, but I am now scared of going to Finland haha! Although this hot chocolate would surely make that better :) I think I will be making it soon!
