MACARONI CASSEROLE

Okay so food with a budget? When we have to keep those wallets tightly closed
we make this. It's lovely, it tastes good and if you make it enough - you can eat it
for whole week.
Even though neither of us are studying right now, we call this our
student budget food.
Well, sometimes we make this just because of it's taste but usually because of the
lack of money that occurs once in a while.

INGREDIENTS:

- macaroni
- minced meat
- 2 eggs
- about 5-7dl milk
- salt and pepper for seasoning

HOW TO ROLL WITH IT?

1. Cook macaroni & fry minced meat on a frying pan. Season.
2. Mix eggs & milk.
3. Grease a mould you want to put this casserole in, add macaroni & meat.
    Pour egg-milk-mix to the mould.
4. Bake it in the oven in 225°C about 35-40 minutes.
5. Let it be for a while so the egg-milk-thingy settles & enjoy!

You see, so simple and delicious. And cheap!

  6. I love macaroni :) I don't eat meat but I'd like to experiment with making a veggie macaroni casserole (or just slather it in cheese)!
