WHAT’S IN MY MAKEUP BAG? | TRAVEL EDITION

Hi there lovelies!
I decided to do a little makeup bag essential post for you guys today, just
because I'm going on a holiday and umm, I don't know I'm so in a holiday
spirit at the moment!
Saturdayy, be here already.
I also made my first ever "makeup products flying away from the bag" -
type of a photoshoot and I have to say that I succeeded in it very well.

For me the makeup products I'm carrying with me when traveling are only
the essentials. And few extras. It surely depends on a destination, so here
I'm focusing to a place where I rarely even use makeup.
I'll take my FOUNDATION with me and CONCEALER, but I don't think that
I'm going to use either of those. My skin becomes flawless as soon as I get
out of the plane (well that sounded selfish) and I don't like to use so "full"
makeup in hot climate. I'm talking about Spain now. Why would I want to
use concealer & foundation or even POWDER in Spain? I'm still taking those
with me though.

So when my makeup base is pretty much covered with the products I talked
you about earlier, I'll have an eyeshadow palette with me. For this trip I'm
taking MAKEUP REVOLUTION LONDON'S FORTUNE FAVOURS THE BRAVE
palette, because of it's colors and I really want to see how it'll fit on tanned
skin. There's a huge possibility that I don't even use this during our little
vacation, but who knows - it's good to be prepared if we want to go somewhere
else than our next door restaurant to grab something to eat.
Also MASCARA is an essential and I'm going to wear it at the very moment the
plane touches Finland when we're coming back.

So, that's basically what my makeup bag contains while I'm traveling. With EYE
MAKEUP REMOWER and VICTORIA'S SECRET BOSY MIST the package is complete.

What are your travel makeup bag essentials?

  1. Love your travel makeup bag Jasmin! I recently went travelling and had to bring very little makeup with me, it was so tough! As you said, all you can really bring is the essentials, I love to take my Too Faced Chocolate bar because its got such a wide range of shades. Great post <3

    1. My skin tends to get dry sometimes, then I just skip foundation. But in special occasions if I have to wear foundation & my skin has been dry - it seemed to work fine with my skin :-)

  5. Loving your makeup bag! I would take the basics if I were going to some place like Spain! A light foundation, powder, mascara, a neutral eye shadow pallet, some tinted brow gel and a lip balm with of course primer and setting spray! Jeez that sounds like a lot doesn't it?

I have holiday envy! I would love to go to Spain! My great great grandpa immigrated from Spain to the states so I would really love to see his homeland :)

  6. Yep when on holiday really it's only the powder that comes out at night. That's if the country I'm in is sunny of course! Really helps the skin and I use loreal infallible foundation. Love it!Ree Love30 www.lovethirty.co.uk
