CHICKEN PASTA


YOU'LL
NEED:

- 350g of pasta Penne
- 2 chicken breast files
- 1 package of bacon (if you 
want to leave it off, it's totally fine -
pasta will be still delicious!)
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic nails
- 1 box of cherry tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon of chicken fond du
- 1 box of spinach
- 3dl of food cream

& parmesan cheese, salt & pepper for seasoning
(I left the salt off because bacon has so much salt 
in it)


HOW TO 
ROLL
WITH IT?

1. Heat the oven in 200°C degrees 
and cook the chicken for 15-25 minutes.

2. Boil the pasta in 
salted water.

3. Slice the bacon and
put it to a cold frying pan. Let it 
heat up slowly so the grease will melt.

4. Add sliced onion & garlic and cook them
in the frying pan until the bacon is ready.

5. Cut tomatoes in  half and add them to
the pan. Season with salt & pepper.

6. Add cream and fond du & let it cook for few minutes.

7. Add sauce to the pasta and
put spinach to the mix.

8. You can slice the chicken and mix it with
the pasta, or leave it like I did and then add some parmesan 
& enjoy your pasta.
